Here is a sample list of online finance courses that we offer.

  • Introduction to Finance:
    This Introduction to Finance course is the equivalent of the introductory finance course at most MBA courses. This is usually a mandatory course and all students are expected to go through this finance course.
  • Introduction to Financial Accounting:
    This Introduction to Financial Accounting course is the equivalent of the introductory accounting course at most MBA courses. This is usually a mandatory course and all students are expected to go through this accounting course.
  • Introduction to Corporate Finance:
    This Introduction to Corporate Finance course is usually a follow up finance course to the introductory finance courses at most MBA programs. It is again mandatory at most MBA schools (not all).
  • Business Finance for Entrepreneurs:
    This is an optional finance course for those choosing the entrepreneurship concentration. Business Finance for Entrepreneurs provide students with theory and practice of valuing startup-up companies, structuring venture capital deals and addressing other issues related to early-stage investing.
  • Financial Statements Analysis:
    Financial Statement Analysis is an optional finance course for most MBAs. This is usually a mandatory finance course for those  choosing the finance concentration. The purpose of this course is to provide a student with a set of concepts and tools to analyze and evaluate companies using their financial statements.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A):
    M&A     is an optional finance course for most MBAs. This is usually a mandatory finance course for those  choosing the finance concentration. The purpose of this course is to provide a student with concepts and tools to understand how companies and bankers evaluate, structure and execute mergers and acquisitions.
